Like other software providers, we provide on-demand support with a knowledge base and contextual support with on screen help. What differentiates Work Smarter Digital is our personalized support. You may schedule support calls with an expert where we help you fix the issue. We are like the Super Admin of your account and able to diagnose your specific problem instead of sending you generalized answers.

This alone eliminates hours of watching training videos and talking to chat bots.

How do you make onboarding effortless?

We start by defining your Migration Plan. This includes identifying all of your existing technologies and planning what is moving over to the Work Smarter CRM in priority order. The goal is to get you off your old technology as soon as possible, so you can turn off payments.

The Done-For-You Onboarding covers the most common needs of moving systems. Some clients have additional needs, which we will handle on a per project basis.

What is the membership pricing for new projects?

As a member, you receive 25% off the hourly automation fee and 10% off the copywriting fee. We provide an estimate for our projects ahead of starting them and most are fixed fee. Because we are experts at what we do, it takes have 1/3 of the time your team might take to build out automations, funnels, courses, etc.

What is maintenance?

Maintenance is evaluating issues, fixing problems, and making small adjustments to existing assets (webpages, online courses, automations, text messages, and emails) that have been built in the Work Smarter CRM. Also included are: 1) Small adjustments to existing assets like changing criteria and 2) Copying an existing assets and updating criteria.

It does not include major structural changes to the existing automation like adding or removing actions that change the function of the existing automation, rewriting text on webpages or emails, rebranding online courses or emails, or anything that radically changes the original asset.

What is considered a new project?

A new project is building a webpage, online course, automation or emails that are brand new. In the Pro Plan, you have 3 hours included that are use or lose.

Do you provide marketing implementation services?

Yes, we provide marketing implementation services including:

>> Copywriting for sales pages, emails, and support

>> Funnel design and build

>> Landing page design and build

>> Automation design and build

* Usage-based fees

Content AI, Premium Tasks, Business Phone, and Texting are optional use features and have additional fees associated with them and are usage based. These are optional features to turn on in the Work Smarter CRM and use. The usage cost of these features is charged against credits that are recharged as you hit a minimum you control.

Content AI - No monthly fee. This is only charged based on your usage. The cost is $0.90 for 1000 words. To get started, each account receives 500 free words.

Premium Tasks - No monthly fee. This is only charged based on your usage. The cost is $0.05 per task. This is a Zapier replacement.

Business Phone & Texting - There is a one-time registration fee that costs between $15-20 to ensure you are a trusted business for texting. The phone line is $6 monthly plus your usage. Text messages cost $0.0375 to send and $0.0395 to receive messages. Phone calls cost $0.065 per minute to make calls and $0.0425 per minute to receive calls. See the FAQs for more details.
