THE ISSUE

When Jennifer and Meredith acquired Move Forward Virtual Assistants (MFVA), they knew they had to make some changes to improve systems to make it run more smoothly. MFVA had a great team and skills, but they owned redundant tools, many weren't even being used, and none of their systems were really automated.

Within the first two months of acquiring MFVA, Work Smarter Digital eliminated several unnecessary SaaS platforms and consolidated the remaining platforms into HighLevel saving MFVA over $1000 per month in SaaS subscription fees. ($12,000 annual savings)
